The Southampton Inn

About Us

Sara and Kevin have been cottaging in the Southampton area for over 20 years. First introduced to the area by Sara’s best friend and now Inn Keeper (Colleen), they fell in love with the area instantly. Colleen and Sara got to spend many summers up here when their kids were young and enjoyed the weekday mornings at the Southampton Tennis club watching the kids run around hitting balls, followed by visits to the ice cream parlour and long lazy days on the beach. This is a very special place that they always knew they would end up living full time.

When the Inn came up for sale, truth be told, they went to look at it with a friend who has always wanted to start a restaurant. It wasn’t what their friend was looking for, but Sara & Kevin immediately fell in love with the history and charm of the building and decided to make the leap.

They are all now excited to help build on the traditions of the Inn that our customers have come accustomed to, and bring some fresh and exciting ideas for making your experience in Southampton exceptional.
