About Us

Welcome to TAP into Homes, where passion for real estate meets precision and expertise. Founded by Tom Saunders and Patti Muldoon, our mission is to transform properties into profitable investments in Bruce County, Ontario, through a blend of industry-leading systems, comprehensive support, and a dedicated community.

TAP into Homes was born out of a shared passion for real estate and a drive to create long-term passive income. Founders Tom Saunders and Patti Muldoon, both seasoned professionals in their respective fields, recognized that to thrive in real estate investing, they needed a solid system and comprehensive education. Their journey began in earnest in January 2024 when they joined Scott McGillivray’s Real Estate Bootcamp and enrolled in Keyspire—a premier platform designed by real estate experts Scott McGillivray and Michael Sarracini. This platform provided them with the necessary tools, coaching, and community support to navigate the complexities of real estate investing.

With Tom’s extensive background in millwork and renovations and Patti’s keen eye for design, TAP into Homes was created. The name TAP reflects their partnership and commitment to transforming homes into profitable properties. Leveraging the resources and community of Keyspire, they rigorously test ideas, analyze numbers using proprietary systems, and refine investment strategies through shared experiences and insights.
