Curious, inspired by light, filled with love & hope, enjoys hiking and lives with childlike wonder.

Susan Seitz is a certified master creativity coach, author, International facilitator, artist of various mediums and teacher who uses expressive arts (the creative process of making art), and journaling as therapeutic tools to invite a state of flow into a moment, for people to explore and improve their emotional well-being.

Her embracing imperfections approach to teaching has inspired thousands of people in schools, workshops, team building and retreats.

Susan splits her time between creating art, teaching, traveling the world and photographing elements of nature while climbing hills, hiking mountains and dancing along shorelines.

She can be found contemplating life’s challenges with paint brush in hand, hope in her heart and enjoying family, friends and community in Ontario, Canada.
