?With a Business Administration degree from Loyalist College and years of experience in customer service and production planning in the corporate world, I’ve seen firsthand how the right systems and strategies can make or break a business. For the past five years, I’ve been helping small business owners (especially women entrepreneurs!) get organized, streamline their processes, and build businesses that run smoothly—without the stress.
